Photo of Dr. CesariDr. Cesari grew up in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in Rockville, MD. He attended Gonzaga College High School in Washtington, D.C.. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH. There, he played football for 4 years as an academic all-American defensive back and punter. Prior to pursuing his doctorate, Dr. Cesari worked for 2 years at Zimmer Orthopedics as a medical associate/consultant selling prosthetic joint (total hip and knee) replacements and trauma products to surgeons and hospitals. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiiropractic College located in Seneca Falls, NY in 2005. He also did an extensive internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, treating active military.

Dr. Cesari is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a credentialed provider of Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) in spine, upper, and lower extremities. Dr. Cesari has been involved in athletics all his life, and he truly enjoys the reward of helping people become healthy and happy.

Bethesda Naval Hospital Chiropractic Intern: Bethesda, MD July-November 2005

  • Co-managed and treated complex neuromusculoskeletal conditions in a hospital based setting.
  • Rotated through various departments, understanding how to integrate the profession of chiropractic in a multidisciplinary environment.
Orthopedics: worked with residents and attending physicians seeing a variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions such as fractures, sprains/strains, degenerative diseases.
Neurology: worked with attending physicians and residents, seeing numerous neurological conditions, made rounds, performed examinations, observed EMG’s
