Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are many types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities). People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons; for example, to reduce stress and anxiety, to relax muscles, to rehabilitate injuries, to reduce pain and to promote overall health and wellness.

Stacy Pine, LMT
Stacy Pine is a Licensed Massage Therapist entering her 10th year in the field. She received her training at Baltimore School of Massage, where she gained expertise in various massage modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish techniques.
Stacy's passion for massage therapy originated during college when she underwent ACL surgery and experienced the remarkable benefits of massage in her recovery process. Witnessing the positive impact it had on her own healing, she made the decision to pursue a career in massage therapy after college.
Having worked in the spa industry for six years, Stacy discovered her inclination towards a therapeutic approach with clients. She takes pride in customizing each session to cater to the specific conditions and injuries of her clients. By adopting the mindset of providing the kind of massage she would desire for a particular area of concern, she ensures that her clients leave the session feeling great, relaxed, and with improved function.
Outside of her professional life, Stacy finds solace in the outdoors, engaging in activities such as hiking and biking. She also nurtures her creative side through crocheting, and cherishes quality time spent with her family.
With a deep commitment to enhancing well-being and promoting a healthier lifestyle through massage therapy, Stacy looks forward to continuing her journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist, empowering individuals to achieve their optimal state of wellness.
